Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of ZentraForce. Effective August 13, 2026.
1. Agreement and authorized use
By accessing ZentraForce, you agree to these terms and any agreement between ZentraForce and the organization that provides your account. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only within the company, terminal, team, and role permissions assigned to you.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts are individual and may not be shared. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
3. Operational information
ZentraForce helps organizations coordinate schedules, personnel, equipment, weather information, announcements, and communications. The service supports operational decisions but does not replace required safety procedures, official weather or airport directives, emergency services, training, or professional judgment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape private information, impersonate another person, misuse communications, or use ZentraForce in a way that violates law, safety requirements, or another person’s rights.
5. Customer data and communications
Organizations and their authorized users retain responsibility for information they enter into ZentraForce. You must have the authority to submit personal, employment, equipment, and operational information. Service communications may include account invitations, password resets, safety notices, shift information, and administrative messages.
6. Availability and changes
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.
7. Intellectual property
ZentraForce and its software, branding, interface, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by access to the service. Feedback may be used to improve ZentraForce without restriction or compensation.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unlawful or abusive use, material violation of these terms, or at the direction of the organization controlling the account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ZentraForce disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any limitation required by an applicable customer agreement or law will control where it conflicts with this section.
