Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ZentraForce handles information. Effective August 13, 2026.
Information we process
We may process account and profile details, company and terminal assignments, contact and emergency-contact information, schedules, qualifications, training status, equipment records, operational reports, announcements, acknowledgments, messages, approximate or device-provided location information, and technical data such as sign-in activity, browser type, IP address, and security logs.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service; authenticate users; enforce company, terminal, team, and role permissions; coordinate work; deliver account and operational communications; maintain audit records; troubleshoot problems; improve performance; and meet legal and safety obligations.
Organizations and role-based access
For workforce data, the organization that provides your account generally determines why information is entered and who may access it. ZentraForce applies role-based access controls so users see information appropriate to their assigned scope. Authorized company administrators may manage records and account access.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the organization controlling an account, authorized users within that organization, vendors that support hosting, security, email delivery, weather, and other platform functions, or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, satisfy customer instructions, preserve required operational or audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may review certain account information in ZentraForce. Requests to correct, access, delete, or restrict workforce information should usually be directed first to your employer or account administrator. You may also contact us, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Cookies and session storage
ZentraForce uses essential browser storage and similar technologies for secure sign-in, session management, saved preferences, and service protection. These technologies are necessary for the authenticated application to operate.
Children
ZentraForce is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the public website.
